Building and concept advice

We discuss your ideas, intended use, budget and the work you wish to carry out yourself. Together, we consider suitable timber construction methods and the next planning steps. The MaWood Home system offers one approach to building with timber and clay.

Finding local construction partners

We help you find and coordinate with suitable trades and construction companies near your project. We clarify which partners can participate and what they will do according to the project and regional availability.

Material selection and delivery planning

From wall construction and insulation to windows and interior surfaces, we advise on suitable products and, by agreement, help with procurement and delivery coordination. We consider technical suitability, material quality, availability and transport routes together.

Expert support for your own work

Would you like to help build? We help you assess which tasks suit your skills, available time and the project requirements. Guidance and agreed work sequences support implementation. Tasks requiring qualified contractors, inspections and supporting documentation are taken into account.

For MaWood, healthy building means considering materials and construction as a whole. Solid timber and clay are important parts of our concept, alongside carefully chosen insulation and finishes and a coordinated overall wall build-up.

When selecting products, we consider available test reports and information about emissions and environmental properties. Thermal, moisture and acoustic protection and ventilation are also part of the overall planning. The suitability of the specific products and structures for your building remains decisive.

Our advice is also available to clients building abroad. A current example is a timber construction project in Bulgaria. We discuss how advice, material supply and cooperation with local participants can be organised.

We assess in a personal discussion whether we can support your chosen location and which services make sense. Local conditions and the necessary specialist designers are considered. The scope, responsibilities and any on-site support are agreed in advance.
