The right planning is the key to a building that works well. Using up-to-date software and highly precise 3D technology, we plan our customers’ dream homes. We work closely with our partners in plumbing, electrical installation and structural engineering. A useful rule of thumb says:

‘Ten minutes of good planning saves an hour on the building site.’

Customers purchasing a MaWood Home® receive their documents digitally and can explore their future home in 3D on a phone or tablet before it is completed. This helps us work as efficiently as possible and helps customers picture the result. The technology also supports us in implementing our customers’ specific and demanding wishes.

At the review meeting, we discuss the plans together. This is another opportunity to make changes and refine the details.

Once you approve the plans, we begin building your house. We keep you informed throughout the construction process.
