• Digital working methods
• Ideally, work with Archicad
• Create 3D plans and exchange them as IFC
• Value ambitious architecture
• Usually design and build houses in German building classes 1–3
• Active exchange of knowledge and expertise, including beyond construction

• We prepare the complete quotation
• Commission sharing by agreement

Your tasks:

• Act as the initial contact and technical adviser in the area you define
• Support clients referred to you by us
• Coordinate the site schedule and any overlaps between trades
• Keep a daily site diary using our internal digital communication tool
• Attend courses on working with clay materials (optional)
• Actively exchange knowledge and expertise, including beyond construction
