Personal data

IP anonymisation
We enable IP anonymisation. Google truncates your IP address within EU member states or other states party to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only exceptionally is the full address transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser through Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

YouTube
Our website uses components of YouTube, operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
We use YouTube’s enhanced privacy mode.
Visiting a page with embedded videos establishes a connection to YouTube servers.
According to YouTube, when you watch a video the server is informed which page you visited. If you are also logged into YouTube, it can associate browsing behaviour with your profile. Logging out beforehand prevents this association.

Use and disclosure of personal data
When you commission a service, personal data is used only as necessary to fulfil the order, such as processing information or brochure requests. No further disclosure, particularly sale to third parties, takes place.

Working with external providers
We engage companies and individuals to perform tasks such as parcel delivery, sending letters and emails, maintaining customer lists, analysing databases, advertising including search results and links, processing card, direct-debit and invoice payments, and customer service. They can access the information necessary for their tasks but may not use it for other purposes. They must handle it in accordance with this policy and German data protection law.
Where subcontractors are processors under section 11 BDSG or Article 28 GDPR, we have concluded the legally required agreements.
Information security
DieNaturstammbauer GmbH uses technical and organisational measures based on current knowledge to protect supplied data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorised access. Data is stored in a secure operating environment inaccessible to the public. Measures are reviewed regularly and improved as technology develops.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for unencrypted emails, which third parties may read. Please send confidential information encrypted or by post.
Your email address is used only for correspondence with you, not for other purposes or disclosure to third parties.
Access, deletion and blocking
You may obtain free information at any time, without giving reasons, about your stored personal data, its origin, recipients and processing purpose. You also have the right to correction, blocking or deletion.
